This 7 Year Old blend from Whitlaw is a single malt whisky which has been aged for seven years in ex-bourbon and sherry oak barrels. It is a smooth and complex whisky, with a rich and sweet aroma of honey and caramel, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and creamy, with notes of vanilla, dark fruits and a hint of smoke. The finish is long and lingering, with a slight hint of oak and a touch of sweetness. This is a great whisky to enjoy neat, or to add a few drops of water to open up the flavours. Enjoy!
